Obtaining Application for Admission

You can obtain the Application for Admission Form on payment of Rs. 100/- (Rs OneHundred Only) by hand, which is non-refundable.

For getting application form by post send a Demand Draft of Rs. 200/-(Rs. Two Hundred Only) drawn in the name of “ Vishwakarma Creative-i College” payable at Pune and send it to the college address.

For any questions or query, kindly refer to any of the counselors or Head – Student Affairs.

Documents required to be submitted:

Affix your passport size photographs in space provide. Attach three stamp size photographs additionally if you are downloading form and sending it.

Photo copies of your HSC/Diploma/Graduation should be essentially attached.

For Indian Students:

• Attested Photostat copy of statement of marks of Xth and XIIth standard or qualifying examination on the basis of
which the admission is being applied.

• Original copy of College leaving certificate.

• Medical fitness certificate from any authorized medical practitioner (in original).

• 12 Passport size color photographs.

• 4 self stamped envelopes with complete permanent postal address mentioned on it.

Completed application forms should be returned as soon as possible to
